Zucchini Nut Cookies
1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 stick butter 1/4 tsp salt
1 egg 1 c grated zucchini
2 cups all purpose flour 1 c raisins
1 tsp baking soda 1 c chopped pecans
1 tsp cinnamon

Zucchini Nut Cookies Card 2: back
Cream together butter, sugars until smooth. Beat in egg. Combine all dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture. Mix in zucchini, nuts and raisins. Chill dough about one hour. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 10 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Remove to wire rack to cool.

Easy Pecan Pie
1 cup sugar 1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup light Kayro Syrup 3 eggs lightly beaten
Combine sugar, syrup and eggs, then stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust and back 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
